McComas graduated from Princeton High School in 1988. She was an education major at Miami University before she started stripping and modeling. In 1990, McComas was arrested along with another stripper on charges of prostitution by Hamilton County police. By 1994, she was owner of Extasy Entertainment, a company that provided strippers to clients in the Cincinnati area. Cincinnati had no strip bars during this time period.[ Director Jim Wynorski confirmed that she committed suicide. He directed a few of her movies and posted this on the Retromedia Entertainment message board:- "I heard this news directly from her long time on-and-off boyfriend/husband, who was very distraught when he called me this past Monday evening. It was hard to accept this news, since I had worked with her so many times, but it seems all the facts are true. Nikki Fritz, one of her long time friends, also called her boyfriend and got the same facts. It's a tragedy, that's all I can say. She was a naughty angel with a beautiful personality. Fate just chose to heap a bit too much adversity on her and I guessed she just cracked. Very very sad." Lorissa passed away on November 9th, 2009 after a LONG battle with RS Dystrophy. A terrifyingly crippling disease that afflicts the joints.
