It's always a sad situation. Of course I personally think it's stupid to do those procedures anyway. She seems to have been one of countless people who are made to think she wasn't good enough. Those surgical artists are all over the place. They know there are people of all ages (but especially younger) who are diluded about image, so they cash in on it.
People are supposed to do as much background checking as they can, search around, don't just go with the first one they find, and find out their credentials...but even that can be forged.
I know this is another one of those situations that people who are pro-implant hate to see reported, but hey, obviously the system needs more regulation.
...and of course people just need to quit being stupid...but we all know that won't happen.
