they've left 35 men on base in the last 2 1/2 games

then just to add to their aggravation Torre lets Lowe bat with the bases loaded and two out in the top of the sixth down by one run. naturally he strikes out. way to go Joe :rofl:

Thankfully, I did not watch the game yesterday. What a terrible offense, before you could at least say that Manny was doing his job and carrying the team, but now he's also struggling. I'm a Dodger fan, but honestly the team is all screwed up. Broxton sucks, and we don't have any potential closers without Saito, and the offense is terrible. If we make the playoffs, it would be a quick exit from the playoffs.

I am very tempted to.

Lets hope Torre does something with the line-up, maybe to spark something.

I would still like to see Kemp batting infront on Manny in the 3rd spot. We know he can drive in runs, look what he did earlier in the season when batting third. This was before protection he would get from Manny.
We obviously arent having any trouble getting people on, but we are driving them in.

Maybe lineup should look like this:

Martin
Ethier (Might even have to sit him and play Pierre the see if that sparks anything)
Kemp
Manny
Kent
Loney
Blake
Nomar
Pitcher

i think they now have 30 blown saves this year. No worries Mariano Rivera has 27 blown saves... in the last 7 years, not a good comparison? No worries if you got a team in need of a win or a player that needs to get hot come play the Giants, where we make every pitcher pitch like Cy Young and every hitter hit like Babe Ruth.
