It's that time again! I'm looking for people who are interested in becoming a moderator for the FreeOnes board!

I have 4 positions to fill this time around, so read up on the Job Description and Qualifications! If you think you're the person we need for this volunteer position, answer the questions below and send them to me! Make sure you follow directions otherwise your email will be thrown out.

Job Description

As a FreeOnes Moderator, you're volunteering your time to help maintain the message board. This can include, but is not limited to:

• Keeping the board spam free
• Putting stray threads in the right section
• Answering questions and help guide new members
• Helping people follow the board rules
• Resolving conflicts between members in a reasonable manner

What we're looking for in a Moderator

• A regular, contributing member who has been on the board a minimum of 6 months
• No infractions or bans for the past 6 months
• Good english skills
• Knowlege of the board rules
• The ability to be flexible (ie knowing when to reprimand someone or to give them a warning)
• The ability to remain unbiased so you can carry out your duties, even if this means reprimanding "board friends"
• The ability to follow the directions of FreeOnes Team Members and take constructive criticism when needed to improve yourself
