21 isn't too bad to still be living at home, especially if you're there so you can get an education. My advice would be to stay there until you graduate. Just make sure that being a 21 living at home doesn't turn into you being a 34 year old living at home. lol

Dude, there's nothing wrong with living with your parents at 21. Don't let society pressure you into doing something you're not ready for. Instead, you should take advantage of your situation and get a degree. Once you move out into the real world you're gonna be too preoccupied trying to make ends meet to have the time and energy to go to school. Believe me, I know.

It isn't the same as 20, 30, 40 years ago. You have to humble yourself. Either that or go into the military. Rent is ridiculous (at least where I am). If you are in the middle of nowhere rent will likely be cheaper. Plus you can go to school and if you play your cards right (do work around that property for your folks, save every red cent) you can be sittin' alright in no time. I had 20 stacks at that age and a nice ass car because of the folks. Then I got the degree and I am set now.
