The 1st girl I tought I knew but couldn't remember. Reading Mythex post made me remember. Me too I used to look at her stuff in Met-Art.
Her name is Ulya (mind you there are a few Ulya). In this set you don't have that exact same picture but you will easily recognise her and the decor. She is very good looking.
