80's scene in bathtub

Scene from about 1984-87. Chubby, white chick (redhead?) gets eaten out in a bathtub with a bubble bath, then sucks the guy off (Tom Byron?). Guy nuts all over her face. Seems like she had on body glitter nad a lot of eye liner. Very low light, maybe a blacklight. Scene was compiled with a bunch of unrelated scenes. Not much else I remember. Any ideas of the original movie or the chick?

There's a scene that sounds like that but probably not it (it's well lit), ends in a nice doggie.

With Cyndee Summer in For Services Rendered, it's the final and best scene in this otherwise forgettable movie
