I never knew her name, but www.AskJolene.com has got a TON of stuff featuring her.

Just type in "Latinas" / "8th Street Latinas", or some variation thereof - maybe even her name, too - and click on the "Movies" radio button. I'm sure you'll be able to find stuff that she's appeared in.
