I'm not sure about it just yet.

Jackie Earl Haley is an awesome actor,but for some reason,watching him as Freddy just might not work for me.He would have to play the character completely different from what Robert Englund did in order for it to work,or it will just seem like a cheap imitation.

I really do hope that they do try and differentiate Robert's Freddy from Haley's Freddy.Krueger had too much personality to try and copy it.Jason,Micheal Myers,Leather Face,they were all just killing machines and pretty much nothing more.At least Freddy was funny and comedic in his maimings.

I think it will definitely be worth seeing just to see how Haley pulls off Freddy,plus,it can't be any worse than the Friday The 13th remake.

It might be worth a rental. But why is it that over the last several years, Hollywood seems to bring out remake after remake? Whatever happened to creativity?:dunno:
