A Valentine Poem For Nina Mercedez

Born2Jizz

Yes, I bribed and cheated to get this far
I have no dellusions that this poem will romantically connect me with Nina Mercedez. It was a just a fun poem i felt like writing while I was on this board. If I write a little love poem, why not about one of the most beautiful women in the world IMO

You clearly look down on pornstars, but still you like to watch them in action, now that sounds scary to me.
Tell me, why is it wrong to write a poem about Nina Mercedez, but not wrong to write a poem about let's say Angelina Jolie or Jimi Hendrix?

Is your only intention of writing in this thread to start a flame war? Because then i rather have you stop, because i don't like to participate in such childish activities.

What do you mean how? Ye gods, all that nonsense about the satisfaction of making someone you greatly admire* smile, for being a bright spot in their day!

* with all due respect to pornstars you do not greatly admire them, you want to fuck them.

So you can't prove that what you're saying is indeed factual. You have to lash out at me instead? :dunno:

Er, no I do NOT "clearly look down on pornstars". There is nothing I have said that demonstrates that notion. In fact you are the one making the distinction between pornstars & other entertainers. I never said OR implied that it was wrong to write a poem to a pornstar but not wrong to write a poem to an actress or musician. YOU made that bizarre distinction. In fact I would hold the same opinion if you had written a poem to Angelina Jolie, even more so if you had written one to Jimi Hendrix. Not only because he is dead but because he is left-handed!

Genuine affection?!? For someone you have never met?!? YE GODS CALL THE POLICE WE HAVE ANOTHER ONE!

I looked at threads you started , one about Gary Moore
It's good to see you have at least good tatse in music

I personally never met Gary Moore, but I cried when he died, his music had meant a lot to me.

Does that make me a weirdo?

How did they demonstrate anything?! :dunno::dunno:
Er, I can't make it any plainer than I already have. You greatly admire a stranger & want to be a bright spot in their day! If that doesn't set alarm bells ringing with the authorities then nothing will! If you cannot understand this then there is no point continuing. But, if you went to the same coffee shop everyday & then after a few months on Feb 14th one of the employees gave you a Valentines poem, telling you it was the first one they had ever wrote & that they greatly admire you & want to be a bright spot in your day you would think that perfectly normal behaviour?!? :tinhat:

Yes.
Yes it does.
I was shocked to read of his sad demise but it didn't make me cry.

Only famous person whose death I cried about.

It goed pretty deep. He was, without him knowing it, kind of my guitar teacher, I spend countless hours as a kid listening to his albums trying to learn his guitar solo's.
I did have somehow some sort of a connection with him, eventhough he doesn't know me.
When he died, a childhood hero of mine had died.
It was a bit like something from my past was taken away.

I think you must have had a childhood hero and rolemodel, to actually know how it feels.

I think that most women would find that sweet. But they're no sense in us continuing this argument of opinions. To a good-spirited conversation with nice points on each side: :hatsoff::glugglug:

Yes I have had heroes & role models. But I can honestly say that when they have died, as some of them have,I have not cried. I of course have been shocked by their deaths but not cried. I can admire these people but cannot make the leap you obviously have, in other words become emotionally attached to them to such an extent that their death has made you cry. & to be honest when you say "I did have somehow some sort of a connection with him, eventhough he doesn't know me", that really does sound odd. How can you have a 'connection' with someone you have never met? It is impossible. & in a real genuine way does display a tendancy towards obsessive behaviour in regards to celebrities. :2 cents:

You just don;t understand, and will never understand, I am already sorry to myself to have brought this up.

Mmmm, methinks you are being to hard on yourself. But I do find it interesting, & if I'm honest worrying, how people can form 'connections' with complete strangers such as actors, musicians, pornstars etc. :dunno:

Gary Moore was the only one in that respect.
He was like some sort of Guitar-Budha to me.
My first main inspiration to really try to learn the guitar well.
So I think in that retrospect it has nothing to do with the celebrity part.
More with the part of the person that gave you this passion for something.
Without Gary Moore maybe I would have never played guitar.
And playing guitar and making music is by far, BY FAR, the thing in life I do that I love the most.
