What about Ecko, Timberlands and so on?

I like the Ecko shoes with the Rhino on them.

I prefer hiking/ workboots.

i put down puma because i like the suede but the best quality and fit for me have been adidas . nike never seem to fit me properly and reebok are junk

I like Pumas for light wear, and none of the brands for heavy use. My foot is really skinny, and none of the major brands you listed make the toe box small enough to be comfortable during a workout.

I'm pretty rough on my shoes. Nike have been the only ones that hold up well for me. I also like the look and feel of them, usually going with the Jordan shoes

Overall, I prefer Nike. I think the look and colors are the best. I can't say they are the best and they most certainly ARE NOT the best value. I play Tennis and Soccer. Adidas, hands down, make the best tennis shoes. I am fond to my Adidas Sambas too..great classic look and feel. I think Nike make the best soccer shoes for what's available in the U.S. market. I think you Euros can get stuff we can't here.

Puma is a brand I have my eye on. I like the design of their soccer shoes.

when it comes to shoes, adidas is the undisputed champion of the world. those three stripes are the stroke of genius! brilliant idea... even other companies use similar elements of design, but adidas stripes are original!

then its definately Adidas! Nike makes good shoes as well, but theyre definately not as good and reliable as Adidas shoes.
Especially soccer shoes. There are no better soccer shoes than Adidas soccer shoes.
I play soccer since I was...I dont know...2 or 3 years old.
I tried many different type of shoes from many different brands...and the best shoes when it comes to reliability, "feeling" and technology are Adidas shoes.
Nike isnt bad at all, but theyre still not as good as Adidas...and Nike is more about fashion than about reliability and technology.
Thats also one reason why so many "superstars" play with Nike shoes...
They want to look good on the field and they want that their shoes look good. They dont care about something else...
Ok some players can play better if they wear Nike shoes...but they dont have to care about reliability and prizes and stuff like that.

Though I have to say...I cant live without my Air Force Ones anymore

but no kidding...

I think the expensive Adidas's football/soccer shoes are ugly. The cheaper Adidas shoes have a cleaner and better look, imo.

Adidas makes the best shoes for my money. I wore those for soccer and nikes for baseball. Reeboks suck. For casual wear I would wear Adidas or Puma. The other two suck for casuals.

Adidas are my favorite, and I also worn a few Nikes that I liked as well. My vote is for Adidas. I currently have a pair of New Balance cross trainers that are real choice.

PUMA, the quality of materials is higher than the others IMO. Also their footwear fits me better than any other.
