Hey I am just wondering if anyone has ever tried anything like adult friend finder and had any success?

I am single right now but I would very much like to find a girl friend who is open minded and might be interested in swinging, and I was thinking some place like AFF would be better than eHarmony to find this type of girl.

Hmmm, $10-$20 cover or $300 - $400 table/room service, $8-$10 drinks...if you're a drinker, if it's a hot spot it will be packed with so many people you won't have 3 square feet between you and the next person all on the off chance you'll find a chick you like who's into the same thing you're into in 3 or 4 hr span of time.

Some nominal membership fee $20 or so to have a month's worth of access to likely see chicks you're interested in wearing far less than they'd be wearing in a club who you can pretty much determine if they're into what you like before saying a word to them.

I used AFF in the past, but never got any real hookups out of it. Maybe I was not really into it since I started dating around that time and got lots of sex out of it so I didn't need it. Just give it a try and see.

Your $20 is worth it if the women even respond. On dating/sex sites good looking women are bombarded with dozens of emails everyday. Unless you have something that catches the woman's eye, it's a good chance she won't even read your email or won't respond to it.:yinyang:

Bingo. I've hooked up with several chicks from online dating sites and what I think you're missing is that if you have "something" that catches their eye, they will contact you. It's not just a one way street.

Certainly if you're looking to hook up with certain chicks, it helps to be in fairly good shape, have a picture of YOU that reflects that and know how to reasonably state your case. Depending on the chick, if you can't put together a complete sentence with something fairly original, why should she waste her time responding?

Too many times it's the case I think where you have guys who are Gremlins chasing the first chick who is a Ferrari...then they get discouraged when the chick isn't interested. Well frankly, you're fishing in the wrong pond.

The key thing to remember is there are superficial people online too..if you think your looks are not helping your cause in real life...it most likely won't help online either.

I would say if you want to meet for a serious relationship, the internet is likely not the way to go though. But for just hooking up, it's great.:2 cents:

AFF has a ton of fakes the wife and I have had better success with connection online or swinglifestyle both have more real people and less fakes. If you are a single male it is not easy even on those sites so you have to be patient and it helps if you have a girlfriend willing to play. Your best bet is to join one of the sites I mentioned and search for local hotel parties or group events as single males are welcome there in limited numbers. You still need to bring your A game and not expect to get laid just beacuse the people you meet are swingers.

You have to get the word out that you're into such a women.

I would avoid dating sites. Why? First, these sites were invented with one purpose in mind: to get your money. Second, they collect your personal info and sell it to third parties.

You're better off going out or ask friends (or acquaintances) if they know any such women looking for a date with someone like you. I say date, because, after all, you'll eventually have to go out to see if you're compatible.

Again, spread the word around that you're interested in "swinging" girlfriend. Tell friends and anyone else open minded enough. Gossip spreads and you'd be surprised how effective it can be.

You can try AFF or eHarmony, but, personally, I say, "Keep your money and go out". Have fun! I hope you find a hot, kinky, sexy lady!!

There's a comedy website, I think it was HolyTaco.com that actually paid to sign one of their interns up for the service. If I remember correctly, it was a two month trial period, and the intern got one person to respond, who ended up flaking. They basically said it's full of spammers, obviously fake profiles, phishers, and had very little value for even aiding in hooking up with someone.

I tried to find it, but it seems they've made the content members only, and I don't really feel like signing up for the site, (it is free I believe).
