Beyond a doubt, aliens would come here. The real question is, would they want to meet/interact with us? In my opinion, most likely not. An alien species would either be hostile, or inquisitive. A hostile species would see Earth as valuable resource as it is capable of sustaining life. An inquisitive species would want to study us as we would eventually become a space-faring race and we could be the hostile species and/or competition for resources.

It's hard to know what the calculus or reasoning would be of a being capable of getting here before we could theoretically get 'there'.

There are literally possibilities that we couldn't fathom (ask me how I know:tongue and of the ones we could, the possibilities are pretty thought provoking.... Who knows if they aren't the reason we're here to begin with??
