actually Sayvara I weigh 155lbs and currently train for ultra-marathons but you know what happens when you assume right

and the best way to vote is with your wallets so if you want fresh organic food that is grown without pesticides and chemicals then buy it and the more people that do, the more food companies will have to give the consumer what they want which is top quality food without toxic waste in it
You're not getting "toxic waste" in any food today. That is nonsense. Back in the 60's and earlier noone had much of a clue as to what went into the food, yeah, then there was a slight danger involved. But today, when bodies like the FDA have matured into fully functional institutions, and environmental protection legislation and authorities are up and running, modern food is the healthiest it has ever been.
I think thats oversimplifying it
No,
that is it. It's the simplest yet most ignored law of physics and nutrition: eat more than you spend, and it stocks up!
The reaction to Morgan Spurlock's "Super Size Me" proved beyond the shade of a doubt that the
amount you eat is the single most important thing that determines the weight and health development of the average human (assuming you don't deliberately avoid getting the full table of nutrients that is). Spurlock did not prove that McDonalds serves bad food. He proved that if you eat like an idiot, your body suffers for it. Those that came after him also tried a 100% McDonalds diet, but when factoring in gender, physical activity and age, and
eating according to their energy budget, their weight dropped to healthy levels and their blood values stabilized to nominal.
Well said. How can anyone say there is no difference in organic as non organic?
Oh that's easy: there isn't... at least not nutritionally. Organic food - no matter how often the modern food haters try to label it as such - is not more nutritious than the equivalent produce grown non-organicly. As soon as it is put to the test... *bam* ...it comes up no different.

Of course the organic food nuts go totally bananas at news like this; blasphemy against their holy cow. But organic food is and remains little more than indulgence. It's absolvement from the percived sin that the modern westerner loves to wallow in, whipping themselves for actually leading
a healthier and safer life than ever before.
With the FDA, the EPA and similiar being at a capacity previously totally unmatched in human history, any food that passes their regulations is safe to eat. Oh sure, I know you like to adhere to the notion that the government is just the big corps leashed bitch, but as I have stated previously I don't buy into your little fantasies. The FDA, the EPA and smiliar are doing real work to keep us safe, while you do little more than stink up the boards with nonsense threads like this one.
Simple fact remains: the number one reason americans and other westeners is getting fatter and fatter is that
we eat too much.
