Let's go back to 1995 and the Oklahoma City bombing onwards - how many Americans have been killed by far-right terrorists vs. islamists? Then we can expand that to how many have been "attacked." How many people were in the World Trade Center towers on the morning of 9.11.2001? They were all attacked. Same with all those in the Pentagon and those on United Airlines flight 93.
