I'm sure you've all seen the classic film Anastasia with Hank Azaria and have heard the story that the Grand Duchess was still alive. Do you think there's any truth to the story?

DNA testing on the exhumed bodies have proven that the entire family was shot.

The woman who remained at the center of the mystery for the longest time lived not far from me years ago: Anna Anderson. She died in the mid '80's. And once the Romanov bodies were found, they compared the DNA of the woman claiming to be Anastasia to the Romanovs. There was no match. Sadly, our "Anastasia" turned out to be just a mentally ill Polish woman who had delusions of grandeur. It was a cool mystery story while it lasted though.
