Yes, she's quite impressive I have to admit I myself liked the picture very much when I first saw it. But, after that I have seen her all around the web on diffrent sites/forums/pic posting etc. I have this picture myself in higher resolution if you only have that small one.

Anyway, I suspect this girl to be just an ordinary girl photographed on the street somewhere. So she will probably remain unknown.
