Any idea who this chick is?

I've got a real low quality video of her, not sure how long I've had it but it's been awhile and I don't think I've seen her in anything news, so any help at all would be great!

Sorry the image isn't great quality, but as I said the video isn't great quality either. If it helps, the video is a scene of her going on a field trip, only shes the only person on the bus and she ends up going at it with the bus driver.

Would really like to find more by this chick, and hopefully a new copy of this awesome video, so any help on her name would definitely be a step in the right direction!
