Anybody going to LA Adultcon?

I've never been to one of those adult film conventions so is it worth the admission price of $35 just to see porn stars and get your picture taken with them?

i went there last weekend.it wasn't worth the 35 dollars.most of the girls weren't that hot or good looking.

I'd go to hang out with them and maybe pick up some new stuff. Having a photo taken with a pornstar hasn't introduced me much. Is it likely that kind of photo ends up on the wall of somebody's office? Home?

$35 seems a bit high, but I'd go.

It depends, but from what I hear most of the time it's not worth it. If the crowds are good and there aren't a bunch of typical sweaty smelly stereotypical porn slime ball hardcore fans around you all the time, if your not rushed through the line like a number, if your not constantly cut in front of by insiders and their friends, if you don't get sick from somebody, if the people your going to see don't spontaneously decide to take a nap, if your not dealt with grudgingly by the people that attend or they don't seem to just go through the motions, if you don't get ripped off paying for other things that are just too expensive than what there worth, and if the people you would like to see even attend because less and less of the people in the industry show up each year, then it might be worth it. I wouldn't hold my breath though.

Cheaper than AVN in Vegas...where it costs $4000 just to get a 10x10 table...but then again AVN is the biggest of all the adult industry conventions.

Glad I didn't go. Not worth the drive, the parking fee, and the entrance charge imo. If I go to the Freeone's party this Sunday it'd be worth it.
