my friends are I are going to organize a 24 hour eating contest, where we all eat something different. I'm supposed to eat 150 chicken nuggets and I wanna know how horribly bad this is for me and if I will die if I attempt it.

You won't even come close to dying by eating 150 chicken nuggets in 24 hours. Just pace yourself- Start out with 5, half an hour later eat 10, one hour later go for 20. It's totally possible. I would recommend using bbq, honey mustard, and ketchup so that you can switch up the flavoring and not get tired of the taste. Be sure to take sips of water after every few so that you can digest them faster.

P.S. I'm not some fat piece of shit, but trying to approach the situation logically. That's how I would do it anyways. (I'm 5'10 140lbs)

150 nuggets in 24 hours is barely even a challenge.

You could eat one every 9 minutes and make it, which would be the most spaced out you could make it (If I've done the math right?)

This probably isn't a good idea, but if you wanna make it a "contest" make it 3 hours.

I'm not a nutritionist but I will play one on the Internet if you want. :D That's a little over six nuggets an hour. It seems pretty doable especially if it's spaced out. Just think about how much those people at the hot dog eating contest eat in 10 minutes. Of course fried chicken nuggets aren't the most healthy thing for you by their vary nature. :1orglaugh

I had honestly and truly thought I'd heard it all in here. Anywho, back on topic.

There are tons of different types of eating contests all over the world. All types of food, these people train for them though. You may want to ask your doctor if you have concerns, not strangers on a porn board.

Definitely ask a few doctors and/or nutritionists.

My take: That's a lot of salt and saturated fat. If you drink plenty of water, then the salt shouldn't be a problem. I'm not so sure about the fat.

Darn tootin. 150 nuggets is nothing. Just wash it down with plenty of coke, especially if they are mcdonalds nuggets. Coca cola is the only solvent strong enough to wash mcdonalds down.

Apparently each 20 pack equals 1040 calories and about 2240 mg of sodium. X7.5 (for 150) and that equals 7800 calories and 16,800 mgs of salt.
The calories is quite do able as it is about double the average US male's daily intake. And if your heart is in good shape, okay. But if it isn't I would be more concerned about the salt as that is about 10X what you should get in a day. And I would use the sauces as a last resort as they just add calories (50 per packet).

I think perhaps you should keister some of the nuggets, for health concerns. Check if the contest rules specify how you must intake the nuggets.

How is this contest run anyway? Is someone going to be there the whole time for 24 hours to make sure you eat these things?

I am not a certified nutritionists or docter, but I do have an online degree from taking a Human nutrition course. One trick people do, who are seriously involved in eating contest, is eat a lot of lettuce, which expands the stomach. If you are in good health, this contest should not be a problem. Just make sure that you make fruits and vegtables your main source of food for awhile to balance the high fat and carbohydrates that you will intake. Also remember to exercise and drink plenty of water afterwards to help control the amount of sodium in the body. The average amount of calories one person needs / day is 2,000 calories, which this average is changed by gender, and personal health factors. The only way to acertain that you would be able to handle this contest is to get the exact amount of calories you would be consuming and comparing it to your personal health, gender, amount of physical exercise, metabolism, any food allergies, etc.
