Anyone here watch Battlestar Galactica?

Well the original was a Sci-fi show that focused and used a traditional Sci-fi format which is action, humor, kill the cylon (bad guy), rinse repeat.
The new BSG was a Sci-fi drama that had an emphasis on somewhat complicated characters and stories that were all intertwined.
The spinoff Razor that came out mid 4th season gave us the backgroud of the Pegasus and it's crew.
There is going to be another 'spin off' that is going to come out this fall wich is going to tell the story from the Cylons point of view.
I really envy you folks who get to watch the European versions of the show, you get to actually see Tricia Helfer 's tits.

Why are there are different versions? That's what confuses me.

The UK version features some nudity/sexual situations that the US version does not contain other than that they are the same.

i did. i hate baltar bastard and his imaginary whatevers... that's the worst part of that show. all that religious bs... i was loving starbuck but she turned out a visionary prophet or something that leads the rest to the earth and what else...

i always wanted more science fiction but as show advances they give me more empty metaphysical crap...

but then again, i couldn't help watching it and probably i'll watch when next season start. well, definitely not from tv this time... i'll just wait till someone rip 'em for sure...

Not only was this show the best remake of an old show, but it was 1 of the best television dramas ive ever been lucky enuff to have watched- honestly- it took me awhile to come around and watch it- my excuse wasn't out of loyalty to the original, but was these 2 things- "its a remake so u know it sux"
and "its a sci-fi channel show so it can't be good" i am so dam lucky i caught a marathon one day or i would prolly still be saying crap like that

1 of the best tv dramas ever made and it's sad that it's over- but i did like the Caprica pilot tho so atleast there's that to cling on to lol:glugglug:

This remake is worthy of all the accolades. It's intense, pulse-pounding, character driven...

I will say that the final season pretty much blew and the final ep really blew. But season 1-3 were complete perfection....imo. "Crossroads Part 1 and 2" are amazing...pretty much as good as television gets.

I actually liked the final season,but the finale took a piss on the whole series and was a total cop out,which is a damn shame because it was so good for from the beginning up until then.

I'm so pissed about the finale that I'm not even going to bother with Caprica.

I guess I should not have ASS U med that everyone has seen the mini-series even though it came out 1 1/2 years before the regular series got started.

Yea you gotta start with that and yes the UK version would be better if you wanna see tits.
