Anyone Here Workout?

Hey, just wondering if anyone here lifts on a regular basis. Ever since I started lifting I've been able to become hard more easily, bigger, and been able to last longer. It's amazing what working out will do for your sex life.

On a side note, I'm actually working on becoming a personal trainer. Anyone here a personal trainer? Has anyone taken the ACSM certifaction test?

I've started free weights, but I don't do much else apart from walking everywhere.

I weight train, have been into various forms of martial arts for about 15 years and recently (8 mos) started Parkour training...

Weight training your muscle groups not only naturally increases testosterone and endorphin release....it also improves circulation and stamina.

As long as your diet and supplementation are proper....working out can only improve your sex life...IMO

I never use weights.............all my training is aerobic stuff geared to cycling my bike.
If I use weights I gain muscle far too easily.
And muscle mass is no use for my bike.

Do you ever warm up before you lift. A warm up would stimulate blood flow to the muscle which would decrease the chance of pulling or straining a muscle.

Anyone besides me been able to tell the difference in their sex life?

Spreading the seed
I work out most days because my job is somewhat physical and I am....let's just say over 40.

I messed up my back in a car accident 5 years ago and I hated taking pills. Now I am about 99%, I only feel back pain if it's gonna rain.

Anyway, that set me back to working out. I go an hour on the exercise bike (15-16 miles) four times a week, weights three times a week (one of those days I hit extra sets because it makes it easier) I mix in pull-ups, crunches, the ab-wheel, and some yoga for flexibility on bike days.

I like it because I really get more energy and strength. Women over 30 really show appreciation for a guy who looks like he works out.

Nice tits, mind if I feel them?
Yes, I workout every other day. Mostly weight lifting, squats, sit-ups, and crunches.

Haven't really notice a change in sex life because I've always been in pretty good shape, but staying in shape will help your sex life.

Well like I said, I've been physically active and have been ever since I started playing jr. league football at 8 yrs. old..and my cock has always been stiff enough to do pull ups on it even now.

I've always had much higher than average overall stamina and usually the harder your rod is the more control you have over lasting.

But what you cite with respect to working out and improved sexual performance is completely consistent as long as you are hydrated and don't deplete more testosterone than you produce by over training.

Zinc helps a lot

BINGO!!!!! I supplement with chelated zinc and predigested protein for easier absorption.

But zinc is the holy grail in mens health and fitness IMO as it is essential to testosterone production.

What do you mean by deplete more testoterone than you produce by overtraining?

Technically you won't be depleting testosterone per se. You body produces more testosterone to accommodate your increased physical activity....over training can actually deplete many of the vital nutrients necessary to produce adequate amounts of test as you body depletes these nutrients during training.

Your body produces more testosterone based on the nutrients you provide it to do so and your body can't produce adequate amounts to support normal testosterone function if it is sapped of the nutrients necessary to do so from over training. So the effect is you could have inadequate testosterone for normal functions by over training.

I used to work out , I messed up my back abit so I stopped its better now but just can't get back in to it. $$ adds up if you buy all the vitamins etc

I used to take , protein, creatine, fish oil pills, multivitamins, glucosamine

Right now I just eat right, and play lots of sports

Hiliary 2020
6 days per week, mostly basic movements with heavy weights, fast and intense and every set to complete failure.
Too many fools just count to ten and stop, which is a complete waste of time.
