April Fool's Day started early at Adult Swim

I was getting set to watch Robot Chicken and instead they aired a cheesy, Cinemax worthy film called, The Room. I watched for about five minutes, hoping the joke would go on for a while and they'd continue with the regular programming but no.

When I flipped through to ToonW it was on the same thing. If I was going to suffer through this awful acting I was hoping to see a little something but when they had their fuzzy filtered sex scenes but they put black bars over the girls naughty bits.

Well played Sirs. Pretty brilliant. But not as good as a couple years ago when they promised to run Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film For Theaters in its entirety while it was still on the big screen. They did play it but in a one square inch box at the bottom of the TV screen.

These guys are masterful in their pranks and even if it is a little annoying, it is awfully funny.

So that's what was going on. I turned it on at 4 am, half asleep and groggy, and saw some sort of nonsense, but just dozed off again. I turn it on when I get up to watch drinky crow...but it hasn't been on for awhile.

i thought adult swim was showing more live action shows. first came tim and eric's awesome show, now there's another one. in a few years cartoon network might be like MTV, only showing videos after 4 A.M.

Adult Swim got some really obscure shit running around. Xavier is pretty bad and Delocated? Maybe I dont understand humor or something but all their new shit is pretty weird. What happened to Venture Bros. and Metalocalypse and ATHF? All we got are Family Guy and King of the Hill reruns. Fuck they had some awesome shit. Seems ever since Futurama went off to Comedy Central they gave up. Garth Menagarie's Dark Place?
