Are college years the years you will get to see the best looking girls?

Now my friends often say stuff like college is when a lot of girls hit their peak, after that you won't get many chances. They say in real life you will get

1. Girls who have outgrown their beauty and look no where as good when they did when they were in college
2. Girls who screwed up in college, got screwed by a lot of guys, didn't make the top grades, and are now looking for that desperate man to settle down with, don't look nearly as good as they did when they were in college.

Makes me wonder, do the pretty girls/women stop when college ends in a lot of cases?

I'm in college, and I see a lot of hott girls. But for every hott girl, there are 3 or 4 that aren't so hott.

A lot of girls don't "break out of their shell" until they hit 21 or so, so almost out of college for most people. At the same time, a lot of girls that are sexy in college let themselves go by the time they're 24.

I've been out of college for a few years now and I think I look better than I did back then. I think alot of girls are like that...you grow up, grow into your skin and body, and especially once you start earning money at a job, you have an easier time investing in good clothes, skincare, makeup, etc. Just my two cents.

Dude, college is only a few years (well for some ) and you've got your whole life to go. Women reach there sexual peak a lot later than men and as Ashleigh say's many women look better after they leave school, whether that's through an increase in confidence better make-up or they just bloom, I'm not sure. ... Look, there's an old saying, " Don't ask how to live, .. just get on with it and do it". ...Well something like that. I think that's a good question, Revamp. I'm glad you chose a topic away from your usual line - had to rep you for this one. :clap:

It probably depends on where you go to school. But my guess is (based on years and years and years of observation), for the most part... yeah, the college years (undergrad and/or grad) are probably the time when you'll see the hottest girls. In high school, you're around what, 14-18 year olds? But in college, you'll be around 18-22 year olds most of the time and 22-25 year olds some of the time. And those are the age groups where I think you'll find girls who have their act together... and have likely reached their peak as far as (youthful) looks. I went back for grad school later on, and by then, people have usually gotten pretty serious about life. But when you're undergrad, you can live it up, explore and have fun. Unless you become a teacher or end up in a profession where there are lots of pretty girls around, college is probably the last time that you'll be in an environment where there is a heavy concentration of younger women around much the time.

Enjoy it as much as you can... while you can.

Here's the deal from a guy who went to college and is now deep in his career, but not quite over the hill yet...

At college, you are, in a way, in an artificial bubble. You are surrounded nearly 24/7 by people your own age, mostly at a very attractive physical stage in their lives (no age flaws yet), and people who go to college tend to be more attractive than those that don't. When you get out in the real world (i.e. after graduation), it's weird how that hits you...suddenly, you're surrounded by the great unwashed, and of all ages.

That said, women don't hit their physical attractiveness peak, generally, until their late 20s/early 30s.

So...college is where you have the most access to hot chicks in terms of numbers, but the hottest chicks come post-college...they're just harder to find.

the physical attractiveness peak or sexual peak? I thought that was always the thing about men and women. men peak sexually way before women? There are gorgeous women in all stages of life, just seems to me (a 31 year old guy) that women in their late 20's early 30's while just as hot as when in college are more comfortable in their sexuality. This is just my observation
