I have no idea if women are generally self conscious about taking a dump, but they shouldnt be. Especially attractive women. I kinda agree with Martin Lawrence from "You So Crazy" when he said something to the effect that it would be nice for attractive women to just be upfront and exclaim, "I gots to go shit!" every once in awhile.
