But I stick to vomiting after meals. It helps maintain my girlish figure.
Don't forget that you're wearing that:

yup I've been following the Primal Blueprint strictly for the past 5 months and running long distances, dropped from 230lbs to 155lbs so I highly recommend eating like a caveman if you can discipline yourself to do itand I don't think of the primal blueprint as a diet, its basically eating the foods our bodies were meant to eat

I've gone on occasional dietary changes.
I cut out fried foods several years ago. Same goes for chips, snack cakes, pop and sweet chocolate. Every once in a while, I will go a month without meat. Other times, I will only have soups for super. My lunches always consist of a peanut butter sandwich, apple, five carrots and health bar.
With those "slight" dietary changes, I dropped from an unhealthy 230 to a healthier 170 in six months, and have managed to keep that weight consistently since then.
I've actually found I quite enjoy health foods. I love carrots. I actually quite like uncooked broccoli. Suncast chips are spectacular. That sweetened sugary chocolate tastes like shit to me, when compared to 80 percent chocolate. Don't get me started on my love for fruits.
I love how this thread was posted a week after thanksgiving and two weeks before Christmas lol
