Every time I hear Newark, I think of Tony Soprano asking a crack head if she, "blows her father with that mouth."
When I was 19, I spent the summer working for a Snapple distributor in North East Jersey. We delivered Snapple to all the 7-11s, bodegas and whatnot and we were lucky enough to have Northern and Central Newark as our territory.
The reason I say "we" is because the distributor mandated that two men for that route. One to move the Snapple into back rooms and one to watch the truck. I felt like I was in the middle of the Serengeti waiting for a local to service the Land Rover as we were being stalked by lions, cheetahs and hyenas.

They've actually tracked down crooks before using that method. However, although my car has been broken into on several occasions and vandalized, It hasn't happened for close to ten years now. Loved it when some little punks thought it kosher to go down one whole side of my street vandalizing every car one time, but the punks didn't get mine.

yeah, by taking away services for the handicapped, screwing old people who are going to die soon anyway, raising the already ridiculous property tax so more working people will be forced to move out of the state and buying a home is even more of a pipe dream.
I can't put all blame the GOV in this case.
the state dishes out a lot of money for/to people who don't work, don't want to work and have kids every year, sooner or later the camels back will break.
