I figured there might be some of you boys here that could help me and my brother. Our dad collected some comics, excuse me, graphic novels, from a while ago and we would like to catalog them and get an idea of the value of them with out having to move them. What might be a good site to use to determine value and catalog them. We found one place but they wanted a monthy fee for us recording what we had..any good 'free' sites?

I prefer the term Comic Book.

Go to Comic Book Database. ;)

Wizard and Comic Buyer's Guide, comic book price guides.

Thanks for the quick answer Will...I will forward this on to my brother..I looked at the first place that sold the software and my eyes started glazing over...hopefully he understands.

You're welcome. :hatsoff:

You can probably find and Overstreet Price Guide in a library.

Cgccomics.com grades comics and "slabs" them.
You will make more money with them. Look on ebay "CGC."

I'm too lazy to set a usertitle.
Hillhopper, it might be worthwhile to register with a comicbook focused message board and ask a wide selection of active collectors for advice...

This place seems very active...

A day spent nosing around and posting Q's might be a day well spent...
