how i can attach pic in threads .

Don't attach hardcore images (any kind of insertion or spreading pink) or pictures taken from Playboy or SuzeRandall.

You are only allowed to attach a picture when you are the thread starter.

Rather upload your picture to an appropriate imagehost (imagebam, imagevenue, hotchyx) and post the link.

^^ the pictures on that page were posted by Nina herself. OCSMs enjoy a special status.

And people tend to love to ignore the rules + if 2 threads are merged and they both have images in the first post, the images of the older thread will appear somewhere within the thread instead of the beginning.

You can't. He/She is an ACO. They, along with OCSMs, own the rights to the content they post. Because of that, they can post their pictures in any thread they want. You can only post pictures if you start a thread (the first post), it's relevant to a thread in the Funny Pictures forum, or you own the right to the picture. If you're trying to post one in the Favorite Babe and Fetishes forum, just post a link to it instead. They'll still see it.

Also, large pictures like that are hard on the server. That's why links are so much better.
