Where and how do you guys get those hot ass avatars??

I made them with graphic programs.

I take a big picture, cut it up and make it smaller.

Take your favorite paint program and a picture of your favorite porn girl. Cut out her face in a square and shrink it down to the avatar size (80x80, I think? Can't remember.)

I'm on Linux, so I use the the GIMP, which is free. It's also available for Windows but I've never used the Windows version, so I can't vouch for it.

I use Microsoft Photo Editor. Its part of the office suite so most people have it.

I use Adobe ImageReady which comes with PhotoShop 7. You can make animated GIFs, although it's not as easy as making GIF animations in Flash.
