It's Gina Mond... she usually has a lovely head of hair but she shaved it for a freaky scene with two big snakes in the movie "Sinema" directed by her husband Philip Mond.

If you see "Sinema" for rent somewhere, check it out. She's also in the movie "Insexxts".
