They also have to beat themselves when they release COD5 now. So even they still have their work cut out for themselves :1orglaugh
The same way the GTA series has to beat itself with each new release and the expectations of each new game are so high.

BF:BC will rock believe me, battlefield 2 was one of the best fps's on PC for massive battles and tactics. It may have issues but the fun stacked in there will be priceless.
Re COD5, the people who made COD3 have been given the task of making this new installment not Infinity Ward so whether it will be any good or not is anyones guess but it has been confirmed it will use the COD4 Engine. also its a return to WW2 in particular in the pacific against the Japs.

a couple of things:
- this is EA/DICE we're talking about... so there will be a massive number of bugs, most of which will only be fixed months after release (if at all)
- consoles are limited to 16 players max because sony/MS are too cheap to provide servers; the game runs only over the consoles themselves and that pretty much limits it. i can understand sony, playing online is free after all (as it should be); but MS actually charges people to play the games they have already paid for... and then still doesn't provide a server network. so either EA hosts it or it will really be 16 players max, and that would suck for everyone who is used to 64-player BF2 games.
- they said they want to make the game free on the PC and use in-game ads to make money... yay, more ads!!!!! like we're not seeing enough of those already!!! thank you, EA!!!

just my views on the game, but i have played and hate it with a passion it is the biggest sorriest sack of shit of a video game, i would rather cut my hands off than play it again !! it controlls are shit the graphic are shit and oh look the only good think about it is i can cut down tree with my gun, so what it's crap. like i said just me view. i for one with not be touching this game !!

I have to say that the more I play the demo , the more I like it . It's not close to being as good as cod4 but I'm pretty sure it's gonna be worth playing when the full game comes out . It's a good thing to play the demo a lot because a high rank in the demo will unlock some nice weapons in the full game .

I got the full game now and I love it . I got 2 special weapons for playing in the demo and reaching the top rank . So far the single player game is fun but nothing incredible . It's the multiplayer part that's going to be the best for me .

No matter what anyone says about this game, good or bad, one thing is clear. This game has changed the face of FPS as we know em! The destructible environments are a welcome change to the genre, and no doubt will make their way into future games. I say its about fuckin time!

I love the fact that you can flush out any god damn snipers from where they are hidding just by destroying everything around them . It's a great feeling .
