On a serious note there were some who given the history of the 20th century worried about a reunified vibrant germany.All their fears were unfounded and a reunified germany has been a very stable good influence on the world IMO.

Yeah I remember my history teacher's talking about how a reunified German is dangerous and that the last time they were unified was WWII.
