I don't really like drum solos on records, unless short and to the point. But I don't mind hearing them live (Preferably improvised and not from an album).
I am not quite sure if my example fits "drum solo" definition, but from time to time I like to listen to ethnic music, and I like some drum/percussion stuff from Africa and Middle East.
Very impressive thing was 30 minutes of pure passionate rhythm by The Drummers Of Burundi
(album is self titled). audio preview is available here
The stuff Travis Barker does lives are fucking sic. I don't care if you don't like Blink 182, but he is a class drummer. A great showman as well. He's not the quickest, or the most talented, but he's tight and inventive. My favourite drummer hands down.
John Bonham did a few ... "Moby Dick," "Trampled Under Foot," "Kashmir," "Achilles Last Stand"
Keith Moon did a few too... "Pinball Wizard," "I Can't Explain" "Won't Get Fooled Again,"
