The question really is two fold. The best song to rock out to. That sits on it's own. I like "Fight as One" by Bad City for the new Avengers Cartoon. As well as the themes for One Piece, and the old Avengers Cartoon. Or Code Monkey for the show Code Monkey, by Johnathan Colton.

As for Themes that fit the show better. I gotta go with "The Prisoner", "The Sifl and Olly Show"
