Biggest serial killer

At least 84 people died when a gunman opened fire at an island youth camp in Norway, hours after a deadly bombing in the capital, Oslo, police say.

Police have charged a 32-year-old Norwegian man over both attacks.

The man dressed as a police officer was arrested on tiny Utoeya island after an hour-long shooting spree. The search for other possible victims continues.

The Oslo bombing killed at least seven. Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg said the attacks were "like a nightmare".

"He first shot people on the island. Afterward he started shooting people in the water”

Mr Stoltenberg, whose offices were among those badly hit by the blast, described the attacks as a national tragedy.

A serial killer and a spree killer (as the one at Utøy) are defined in different ways. But both are mass murderer.

If you mean "biggest" as in most popular,it all starts with Jack The Ripper, then the most popular in modern times has to be John Wayne Gacey, David Berkowitz aka The Son Of Sam,Jeffery Dahmer, and Ted Bundy. I would say that those are the four most recognizable names.

'Popular' is not the word to use when describing serial killers unless you are a sicked demented twisted shithole. 'Most recognizable' is a better term.

Never argue with a fool. People might not know the difference.
They will be saying next that he listens to Burzum and that the voices in his skull told him to do it.

Wait and see...

Maybe it's semantics, but I've always thought of a serial killer just as Zell said: those people, like Ted Bundy or John Wayne Gacey, who go through some sort of ritual or planned methodology to murder people over an extended period of time. To me, this guy is more like the freak who killed those kids at VA Tech several years ago: he's a spree killer or mass murderer.

But whatever you want to call him, yeah, that is an amazing number of people to be shot dead by one individual!

H.H. Holmes was a bigger serial killer, shit he had a building dubbed the Murder Castle were he killed and disposed of over 100 victims. And this was during the late 19th century.

There is a guy in South America that is accused of (and convicted of) like 300 little kids' murders. I think he was in Peru.

Biggest killer? Cecile B. DeMille or Sickle Cell, it's a toss up.
