I'm talking about the area on her left tit surrounding the upper part of her areola. It looks like Dr. Boob Butcher had to, or tried to reposition her nipples. But it sure looks to me like her nipples have been cut on. Look at the sag and then look where her nipples/areolas are. It really looks like she's had a Kmart boob job to me. :dunno:
