After some digging, i'm pretty sure it is Victoria Rush. I was able to find another scene with the same boots on, so reason to believe it's the same. Simply can't find the Brazzers scene that pic is from. I know they have deleted a lot of scenes. Their forum site had a list of all deleted scenes, but that site was hacked and it has been down for some time.

Adcolemiss, this site has all Brazzers scenes in date order (even deleted ones and pornstar punishment) if you know time frame you should find it. (all scenes have some images)
