Cost isn't based on size upgrades, its based on your location, and doctors rates....as far as good doctors, do some serious research. A good resource: www.justbreastimplants.com - TONS of info and a great community there. I got a lot of the info I needed from that site.

Oh and fyi - going from a D to an E, REALLY isn't that much of an upgrade...like seriously, it wouldn't be worth the $$ you'd have to spend. You (or your spouse) would probably score that kind of pectoral boost just by doing certain chest workouts...just my two cents of course. And why would you even want to go under the knife and potentially ruin lovely D cups anyways? Alot of effort, money and pain for not going much bigger.

I know a model who has done it. She felt very self conscious of sagging and not being able to fit well in dresses and bras. Yes, agewise, she's a bit on the older side now. Since she has had the enhancement procedure, she's quite happy now. She says she fits well in everything she tries on and wears.

There's plenty of Doctor's who can do the job but if you want a nice boob job dont skimp on the funds, take it to a professional. The better the boobs the more money you can make with them, take it from me Im the

Yeah I suppose if you're older and you have sag, or if you've breastfed and have sag, it'd help, but in most cases you'd have to get a boob job AND a lift to get those kinda results = lotsa $$$$ lol.

There is no difference in going bigger than in just getting a boob job. The range for that is 4-8K, with the average being around 5-6k.

Get her to go MUCH bigger, like F or FF. If you're gonna go huge, go HUGE.
