The insurance company is currently suing BlueBalls to recover the millions they've paid out on that policy.
They allege that BB's actions were fraudulent, and claim that the sustained, massive damage to BB's anatomy was willful, intentional and thoroughly enjoyed.
That claim is fraudulent. Those anatomical changes happened completely naturally and they have absolutely no supporting evidence for their claims!
But, as I say, I cannot talk about it.
