Breast Enlargement Surgery.

My girlfriend is 5'5" and has lost weight down from 135 lbs. to 120 lbs. and her goal is to slim down to 111-112 lbs., which would keep her according to the Body Mass Index in the normal weight for her age and sex, but just above underweight.

Her breasts are a 36D, but they have absolutely no firmness and are very floppy and far apart. There really doesn't appear much that she can do naturally to firm them really or bring them closer together. Does anyone here have a wife, girlfriend, friend, or if you're a female yourself who have started at a natural 36D and gone to a larger bra size through plastic surgery?

Do they first have to reduce the size and then add to it?

Is there just some type of shaping or pinning they do?

I know girls that started with small breast and have gone larger, but don't know many that started with a natural D and have.

My ex from 5 years ago had the same problem after she had a kid. She was 5'8, 34D-26-34. Her breasts were flat and floppy as well. She considered a reduction and lift but opted for the enlargement. She went to a EE but her boos still looked proportionate to her body.

Yeah, I think that's what she's concerned about being at a D already, but like I said flat and floppy, but not wanting to look too crazy if she goes up in size. Anyone have pics of girls with EE that I could show her?

They will actually do a lift procedure and it will help make them more firm and large but will keep them natural feeling because they arent actually adding anything

Does anyone have either pictures of pornstar or someone who is about 5'5" with EE breasts or before and after pictures of just a lift?
