So I go down to transfer (new license) a FBN of a defunct business I used to operate years ago to license in a new city.
I swear...I left city hall gasping for fucking air trying to catch my breath after being smothered in an acre long snafu of city, mumbo, fucking jumbo red tappery.
FUCK!! I kept warning these clerks they were just 'encouraging' me to take my business to another city.
Both wore an expression that said, "
