Usually the people who do animated stuff have tumblr pages and/or deviantart pages. If it has a watermark which that one did then it helps to narrow down the search. If you know the name of the character, which in this case is Yrel from World of Warcraft, then that narrows it down even further. Ohh and that person looks like they did an animation for that scene too.
