The State of Florida had their shot at Casey Anthony and they couldn't prove their case to a jury. I think Casey was responsible for her daughter's death but it was decided there was not enough evidence for conviction.

Killing Casey Anthony now is as wrong as it gets. I hope she develops a conscience and finally mentally processes her deeds some day. The worst punishment would be inside her own mind if that occurred.

Out of the two major cases I have heard so far of people trying to sue her one of them I will be surprised if it doesn't get thrown out of court right away because it seems pretty weak. The other one actually has some merit, but it doesn't seem like the type of case were the plaintiff is going to make out big as far as a payout, at least thinking of it in a technical way. (Then again with enough people pissed at her maybe the jury will give her a harsher verdict because of that.)

All that does is make her a suspect, doesn't actually prove that she's a murderer. You need the smoking gun. Personally I think she did it or knows what happened, but since I don't have any proof, I don't dwell on it.

She's not Innocent, she was just proven Not guilty. The penal code needs to be somewhat rewritten to have verdicts of: Not provable, Innocent, Guilty. In this case she is definitely not innocent; she may be guilty...but due to the jury she was (in my eyes) found not provable with the evidence in hand.

I wouldn't say sociopath as much as I would say that she has some mania, and some schizophrenic mixed in. Perhaps more than those, she may be somewhat paranoid...and the lies she did in the police reports back that up...
