cat experts needed. best de-wormer for roundworms?

we recently rescued a kitten. about 7 months old or so. im already very well versed in cats and kittens having had them my whole life.

ive been keeping a close eye on her and shes doing well. i was able to deduce that she has roundworm.

and yes, im sure its not tape (already experienced those) or hook, or whip. im 100% certain they are roundworms. shes in quarantine from my other cats for the obvious reasons, and we were able to get rid of all her fleas.

i hate roundworms. yuck.

but anyway. whats your best pick (by experience) for an over the counter de-wormer for roundworms only? theres a ton of them on the market.

I'm too lazy to set a usertitle.

AFK..being taken to the vet to get neutered.
All OTCs are pretty much the same thing, just minor variations of the same chemical mix. They work fine. BUT. They are pretty unsubtle and aggressive, and have been known to cause toxicity in young cats or cats with health problems.

For peace of mind, you should just pop Kitty off to the vet. They can dose your cat according to its specific health needs, rather than an average off-the-shelf need.

Good luck!

DO NOT use Frontline, Hartz or anything else in the supermarket. I agree with everyone who says to go to the vet.
