Talking about immigration.
This thread was about New York right? Part of The United States.
So lets address immigration regarding The USA, ok?
Most whites there today are descendants of European immigrants, thats a fact.
Yeah the US had mass immigration from Europe in the past.
That is a very very different thing than whats happening today.
How you ask?
The mass Euro immigration began to move in full swing after The Civil War, right around the time of this thing called The Industrial Revolution.
Yeah before that there was immigration, mostly from Irish and a small amount of other groups, chinese ect.
Why did the US GOV allow so many immigrants, pre Civil War?
Was it because they hard big hearts?
No.
It was because they needed manpower, cheap labor to build the railroads, work in the mines, build the canals, work on the plantations, work in factories ect ect.
In other words the country needed them.
They used them.
They contributed, got nothing for free and became part of the country.
Assimilated.
After the Civil War, when The Industrial Revolution really took off, cities started growing in size and quantity many immigrants from all over Europe, Italians, Germans, Poles, ect ect began to immigrate to the country.
So why did THE GOV allow them in? Out of the kindness of their hearts?
No.
It was because they needed manpower, cheap but skilled labor to work in the factories, the mines, build the subways and streets, build the skyscrapers, build the whole damn country as we know it today.
And, fight in the wars.
Without these immigrants there is no way in hell The United States would have ever entered WWI, never mind win it.
Same goes for WWII.
They needed them to spill their blood.......for their agendas and plans.
And spill they did.
They became part of the country, got nothing for free and assimilated.
And for a long time the country had the highest standard of living ever in the world.
In the past , immigrants helped increase the standard of living for the country as a whole.
They were a benefit.
Now whats happening? Its obvious the country is on the decline, can't even argue that.
I believe one big reason is mass immigration.
Do we need most of these immigrants today?
The cold answer is no.
Mexicans, Africans, Arabs, Indians, Asians, and even Europeans.
THE COUNTRY DOES NOT NEED THEM IN THIS DAY AND AGE.
Do they contribute? Some yes, some no.
Do they get something for nothing? Yes, billions of dollars a year.
Do they assimilate? Many refuse to, instead they want and expect Americans to assimilate to their culture.
Cities are literally turning into 3rd world zones, and after the cities then the towns.
Is it a coincidence that this modern mass immigration is happening during a time when the standard of living in almost every aspect is declining or is it a cause?
Can anyone tell me one major benefit of allowing mass immigration 2011?
I can give you dozens of major detriments.
Final thought is it sucks that many of these immigrants who are flooding into the country these days come from counties that are so crappy.
But the cold hard truth is that if we continue to let so many in and do what we do for them then its just gonna make our country crappy too.
