Pyraeus, the turnaround for pornstars is alot lower than that, most of them are in the business for 2-4 years, there are some exceptions like nina hartley etc who has been around for ever.
there are new pornstars arriving all the time, so the demand is not always there, for example gina ryder has retired, monica sweetheart also apparently, its not a long term career, they make the money quick then either get out while they are still young and enjoy the new options they have thanks to the money made, or they are simply forgotten cos flavour of the month has arrived.
