They are plenty of sexually immature 19 year olds who post nude pics and will regret it and plenty of mature 17 years who won't. On the other hand, there are plenty of emotionally immature people who will do porn.
Anyone under 21 should have to go through psychological profiling to determine they are emotionally and economically stable enough to be doing porn as a job, not a way out of poverty or for other reasons. People like MaxHardcore deserve to be in prison, not exploiting girls for money.
