Thanks, and not to come off as a whiny baby, but in this economy in the US, it's impossible to get a job if you are like me and you have a criminal record. I have a misdemeanor conviction, but even the temp agencies basically tell me to fuck off. Turns out that while it's illegal for a potential employer to discriminate on the basis of sex, race, religion, handicap, if you're a convicted crimianl they can tell you to fuck off and not be penalized.

Sorry to hear that ... but hey, everyone deserves a second chance. Gosh, just look at Michael Vick, he killed dogs by the dozens but all is forgiven because he's having a good year on the football field.
