Christmas in South America Sucks

In the USa and most of europe, Christmas is a time of tranquility, peace.
Its focused around the children and the family and friends.

people in their houses in front of the fire, children tucked in bed awaiting santa or father christmas.
not a creature stirring, not even a mouse.
a beautiful time, a magical night.

but not in south america.
here its party time.

right now as i write this in the city i live in, everybody is out in the streets in front of their house raising hell.
there must be at least one hundred people out in front of my house right now, and this is a quiet neighborhood.
salsa music blasting from every house because they dont even have christmas songs here except for feliz navidad by jose feliciano, fireworks and other explosives going off non stop, car alarms, dogs barking, horns beeping and their all inebriated drunk.
this is happening on every block in every city in this country.
fuck the kids, its party time for the adults.

to me its an inferior culture.
a monkey see, monkey do culture.
a very ignorant and inconsiderate culture.
i cant stand it.

i wish i could find a part of the world where women are plentiful, pretty and available, the governments not up your ass taking most of what you earn and people for the most part have common respect and decency.
does a place like that exist?

well bogota is huge, so in many areas it is probably quiet.
especially in the money areas where people are more i guess eurpean/american culture influenced.
i lived in the rich area but i moved because the people for the most part dont care for foreigners and thats where the sex tourists are and i hate those types.

well its quiet now, i guess most are nursing their hangovers.

probably but its nowhere near as true.

there is much more individualism in the states.
and much much more consideration for other people.

if you spent time here you would know what i mean.

here everybody likes the same stuff, dresses the same, hair the same, likes the same music, basically pretty much everyone is into the same stuff and think the same also.
Ive gone out with and have known hundreds of women here and they are basically carbon copies of each other when it comes to tastes and mentality.

and consideration for others?
almost non existent here.
cutting in lines, leaving your mess behind for the next guy to clean, driving reckless and inconsiderate especially to pedestrians, loud music, ect is not only normal here its expected.

but it does have its good points too, thats fer sure.
